LAMINATED POLYURETHANE

Made from two layers: expanded polyurethane laminated with velveteen on one side. Available in thicknesses from 3 to 20mm, with standard heights of 150/160 and 180 cm, in the following colors: white, beige, brown, black, and off-white. Flame-retardant versions compliant with BS-5852 and TB-117 standards are available.

Made from three layers: polyurethane laminated with velveteen on one side and TNT or nonwoven fabric on the other. Available in thicknesses from 3 to 9 mm, standard heights of 150/160 and 180 cm, and in basic colors. Flame-retardant options compliant with BS-5852 and TB-117 standards are available.

Our three-layer laminated materials can be quilted to enhance resistance to Velcro stress and ensure greater dimensional stability. This process results in the creation of our product known as “TRACCOPPIATO” (quilted multilayer laminate).

Our laminated polyurethane products can be customized to meet the customer’s aesthetic preferences, with a selection of velveteen colors and the option to print a custom logo.
